I am Jemma Giles and have over 17 years of experience, offering personalised clinical massage and TMJ (jaw) treatment in my private garden therapy cabin on the outskirts of Winchester.

Clinic hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6.30pm. Sat 9am-5pm

About me...

I have spent over 17 years helping clients who are tired of living with tension, discomfort and stress that is being held in their bodies. They have been dealing with tension headaches and often feel that their shoulders have been 'stuck' up around their ears.

Many of the people I see are active adults who simply want to keep enjoying life comfortably- whether that is running, yoga, walking, gardening, travelling or just sleeping better through the night.

Treatments take place in my peaceful and private garden therapy cabin, just outside Winchester — a space clients often describe as calming, welcoming and unique, somewhere to feel safe, calm and unhurried.
